Pebbles is a sweet 3-year-old dog that was rescued from the euthanasia list in California. She was anemic and had a scar around her mouth, likely from being muzzled for long periods. Despite her painful past, Pebbles is loving and energetic but she needs TPLO surgery on BOTH of her legs to live a pain-free life. Each surgery will cost around $7,000.
